Only the highest-quality materials are used in the production of their furniture, this includes Carbon steel, galvanized steel, and 6061 alloy aluminum. These premium materials are highly rust and corrosion resistant, they also give their products superior durability and stability providing you with a lifetime of comfortable outdoor living.
Fully welded frames with complete circumference welds around intersecting components stops moisture from entering the inside of tubing or tight crevices. All welds are production quality smooth to create a smooth transition between intersecting parts.
After fabrication all the dirt and oil that accumulates during the fabrication process is removed by blasting the raw product with tiny steel particles. The cleaning process is then completed using a five-step chemical wash and treatment creating an optimum surface for their final finish.
Before a top coating of rust free polyurethane powder coating is hand applied, each piece of furniture has a hand-applied zinc-rich epoxy primer which creates a protective undercoat that resists oxidation. This primer undercoat prevents rust and corrosion from spreading and helps to protect the final finish.
During the final stages a durable polyurethane powder coat is hand-applied and then cured in an oven for a superior finish that resists scratching, chipping and rusting for years.
