When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

When Will My Order Ship?

Each individual product page lists the current "lead time and availability" of that product. Hand-made, or made to order furniture and decor can take longer to ship because it is hand-made after you place your order and then shipped. Every 2 weeks we email updates on your orders status and let you know when the item(s) are scheduled to be completed and shipped base on the shops estimate at that time. If your CC has not already been charge for the order it will be charged at this 2 week time because we will have already vested several hours of work and material costs into your project.

Charleston Forge: Shipping in 3-4 Weeks (Hand-Crafted in the USA)
Couleur: Shipping in 4-5 Weeks (Hand-Crafted in Mexico)
Enclume Design Products: Shipping in 2-4 Business Days with standard finishes, or 4 weeks for plating
Griffin Creek: Shipping in 10-12 Business Day's (Hand-Crafted in the USA!)
Mathews & Company: Shipping in 4-5 Weeks (Hand-Crafted in Mexico)
Mesa Home Products: Shipping in 2-4 Business Day's
Napa Forge: Shipping in 3-5 Business Day's
OW Lee: Shipping in 4-6 Weeks (Hand-Crafted in the USA)

Want to Track Your Orders Progress?

If you created an account when you made your purchase you can log into your account by clicking on My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the progress of your order. If you did not create an account during checkout you will not have an account to log into so you will have to call or send and email requesting the status of your order. At your request we can also turn your anonymous order into an account that will allow you to log in and track your order.

Regardless of whether or not you set up an account - You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
