You have 45 days to return an item for any reason.

Returns are simple and easy - To return your items(s) simply fill out the return form at the bottom of this page.

Please Note: Because of the hand forged nature of our product each hand applied finish and hand forged item may have slight variations from the picture on the web. This is especially true with the copper tops which are hand pounded and fired. These characteristics are what gives’ each wrought iron piece its own unique character, displaying the true art of quality iron work. We stand behind all of our products at Timeless Wrought Iron, every product and accessories available here is new and factory sealed at the time of pickup.

Damaged/Defective Item Returns: Upon receipt of your items you are responsible for visually inspecting any package before accepting it from your carrier, UPS, LTL, etc… If your package has heavy visual damage simply refuse delivery and the item will be sent back to us. If you open your item and notice that there has been damage or your product is defective please fill out the form below or call us immediately

Undamaged Returns/Product Exchanges (45 days to return or exchange) If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item or would like to exchange for a different item please fill out the form below to issue your return or exchange. Please Note: With items that fall under this category we will refund the full purchase price of your item(s) excluding any actual shipping & handling charges, or restocking fees charged by the manufacture warehouses or distribution centers. Exchanges may have adjusted charges according to the price differences. You will be responsible for the shipping on the exchange or return item(s).

Custom Order Returns: Custom orders cannot be returned unless issued personally do to manufacturing error or shipping damage. If you would like to return a custom order please fill out the form below or call us immediately upon receipt of item.

Important! After contacting us we will get back to you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and directions on what to. Please do not send any items back without the RMA number or we will not be able to issue a refund.

All return claims must be submitted within 45 days of package receipt and all returns must be pre-approved by Timeless Wrought Iron.

If the return is authorized, the return merchandise must be returned in new and re-salable condition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials. All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging.The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.

All returns must include a return address and phone number.

Shipping, insurance and handling is the responsibility of the customer and credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition. Timeless Wrought Iron has the sole discretion to specify these and other conditions for the return and credit of merchandise.

A return may void a multiple purchase discount or promotional shipping discount, if it has been applied to the purchase order.

Timeless Wrought Iron cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

Refunds will be issued as follows: If you paid by check or bank wire transfer, Timeless Wrought Iron will issue you a check in the amount of the full price of the item excluding delivery fees and restocking charges. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, you will be credited.
