Upon receiving the order, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully for damaged or missing items. If you should recive an order broken of damaged, please call or email our customer service department within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Undamaged Returns
For returns having nothing to do with being damaged upon recipt please follow the instructions below. Please Note: With items that fall under this category we will refund you the full cost of the item excluding: shipping, handling, insurance charges and a restocking fee of (15% off the purchase price).
