All products and subsequent accessories available at TimelessWroughtIron.com are new and factory sealed. Upon receiving the order, the contents of the package(s) should be checked carefully for damaged or missing items. If you should recive an order broken of damaged, please call or email our customer service department within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Undamaged Returns
For returns having nothing to do with being damaged upon recipt please follow the instructions below. Please Note: With items that fall under this category we will refund you the full cost of the item excluding: shipping, handling, insurance charges and a restocking fee of (15% off the purchase price).

To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:

All claims must be submitted within five (5) days of package receipt.

All returns must be pre-approved by TimelessWroughtIron.com.

Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and the shipping address must be obtained from TimelessWroughtIron.com. Send your RMA request to us by filling out the form below:

When returning an item do not write the RMA number on the box! This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please write the RMA on the package`s shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RMA will not be accepted.

If authorized, the merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials.

All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.

Return shipping, insurance and handling is the responsibility of the customer and credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.

TimelessWroughtIron.com has the sole discretion to specify these and other conditions for the return and credit of merchandise.

Please note that special orders have no return policy.

A return may void a multiple purchase discount or promotional shipping discount, if it has been applied to the purchase order.

TimelessWroughtIron.com can not be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

Refunds will be issued as follows: If you paid by check or bank wire transfer, TimelessWroughtIron.com will issue you a check in the amount of the full price of the item excluding delivery charges. If you paid by credit, you will be credited on your credit card.
