Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout Page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices after you enter a valid delivery address.
If a shipping price is not available at the time of checkout you can still place your order and we will contact you regarding shipping. Reasons why shipping may not be calculating - Your shipping to Alaska, or Hawaii; The item(s) require specific delivery options like "White Glove"; OR your shipping your items to another country like Canad for example
Remember: There is FREE Shipping on orders of $250 or more (valid in the US only - Alaska & Hawaii are not included - Not valid on clearance items)

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
If you've placed an order previously and your account can not be found please double check that you entered your email address correctly. My email address is correct, now what? You may have made an anonymous purchase and never created an account, if this is the case please send us an email requesting that your account be set up referencing your order number and email address. We will set your account up within 1-2 hours after you make this request

If you received the wrong product, please contact customer service ASAP! (800) 957-1178 We will ask you to verify the incorrect product with a detailed description and photo. As soon as we determined what happened (withing 1-2 business days) You will have the option to keep that item at a discount, or exchange it for the correct one.

You have 45 days to return an item for any reason.
Returns are simple and easy - To return your items(s) click here to review our return policy and request your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)

When Will My Order Ship?
Each individual product page lists the current "lead time and availability" of that product. Hand-made, or made to order furniture and decor can take longer to ship because it is hand-made after you place your order and then shipped.
Every 2 weeks we email updates on your orders status and let you know when the item(s) are scheduled to be completed and shipped base on the shops estimate at that time. If your CC has not already been charge for the order it will be charged at this 2 week time because we will have already vested several hours of work and material costs into your project.

Want to Track Your Orders Progress?
If you created an account when you made your purchase you can log into your account by clicking on My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the progress of your order. If you did not create an account during checkout you will not have an account to log into so you will have to call or send and email requesting the status of your order. At your request we can also turn your anonymous order into an account that will allow you to log in and track your order.
