| How do I create an account? | |
| 1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. | How do I edit my account information? | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. | |
| How much is my shipping? | |
| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. | |
| I forgot my password. | |
| Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. | |

| When will my order ship? | |
Each individual product page lists the current lead time and availability of that product. Hand-made, or made to order furniture and decor can take longer to ship because it is made after you place your order and then shipped. Here is a list of current lead times per vendor -Bella Toscana: Shipping in 3-5 Business Day's Hand Made products take time to personalize, We ask that you please be patient and allow the artisans to do their best work. The quality is worth the wait and we guarantee that. Want to Track Your Orders Progress?If you created an account when you made your purchase you can log into your account by clicking on My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the progress of your order. If you did not create an account during checkout you will not have an account to loginto so you will have to call or send and email requesting the status of your order. At your request we can also turn your anonymous order into an account that will allow you to log in and track your order. |
