The Bistro is a timeless favorite and a curved back for comfort, incised with a laser-cut design, and hand forged shepherds crook uprights with delicate, tapered curls at the ends. The stool is available with 25" or 30" seat heights to accommodate traditional counters or bars, although custom heights are available upon request. Standard barstool base heights are 25" or 30". Adding the compressed seat thickness (1.5" to 2.5") to the base height will determine the approximate seat height. Allow 7"-10" of leg-room under the counter or bar. The universal base is nicely designed, very sturdy and has a foot rest at a comfortable height plus easy glider inserts to protect your floors, and supports a variety of swivel seating options, including wood, a standard 1.5" padded seat, or a premium 2.5" seat with any wood or upholstery in our line or any you may prefer to send in. Product Care -
Maintenance on most of our items is minimal and they don't require any special attention. Dusting with a dry lint free microfiber cloth or anything without chemicals is ideal. All iron and protected table top surfaces can be cleaned easily with mild soap and warm water. Shipping methods vary based on the size of your order from regular small truck delivery to semi truck.
To-your-door ground Shipping is Free on any order over $250.00! If you're ordering a truck load, or need help carrying in and setting up we do offer White Glove deliver services which can be selected during checkout as your preferred method of delivery.

Lead Time -
The current shop lead time is 4-5 weeks; Custom work is 6-8. Remember these items are hand-made and take time to build - We ask that you please be patient as the quality and selection are well worth the wait. If you need a project rushed please give us a call (800) 957-1178; We can sometimes accommodate a rush order but there will be a 15% up-charge for rush orders.
Warranty -
All products from Stone County carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacture defects not related to normal wear and tear. This item is hand-made and built to last a lifetime.
Returns -
Returns are easy - If you are not completely satisfied with this product you can return it within 45days after receiving the item. Return merchandise is shipped back at your expense and it is your responsibility to package the items so they do not get damaged during transit. The only time you are not responsible for shipping charges is if the item was damaged in transit or if it has manufacture defects. This manufacture also charges a 15% restocking-fee if the item is coming back for reasons other than manufacture defects.
