Shipping & Delivery
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of ordered merchandise. Occasionally a large order may take longer to fufill as these items are made per order. You will be notified when your order ships via email and a tracking number will be provided if available allowing you to track your order.
You (the buyer) must inspect each item immediately upon delivery. All damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading and reported to Seller within 72 hours. Seller is not responsible for damage not noted on the Bill of Lading. For any items with substantial damage, you should refuse delivery.
Seller is not responsible for any damage to Buyer's home resulting from delivery; Buyer shall make any such valid claim directly to the delivery service.
Warranty
These wrought iron corbels are warrantied for 1 year
from the date of purchase. Defects caused by abuse, negligence, or
damage from installation are not covered. Damages arising from improper or incorrect installation are not covered.
Certain inconsistencies should be expected and add to the character of the merchandise. Metal finishes may be subject to small variations. Seller is not responsible for color variations and cannot guarantee exact matches between similar items.
Returns
Returns must be authorized by the Seller. Merchandise sent to the Seller without authorization will be returned to the Buyer at Buyers expence. Seller will not process any credit on accepted returns until the merchandise is received and inspected.
Since all orders are considered custom, there is a $25.00 return fee for any partially or fully returned order.
There may be a $10.00 per corbel refinish fee for any corbel returned in damaged condition. So, repack the corbels in the original packaging or equivalent protection. To request a return please visit our returns page - Link located in the footer of our website under the help section.
