Bar and counter stools have 360 degree swivel seats, (unless otherwise noted on the product details page) - Only commercial grade ball bearing swivels are used for a lifetime of comfort and use. All seating frames and bases are fully welded, the only assembly that has to be done is bolting stool seats to the swivel mechanism on the stool base.
